Awahhs’s Workforce Web Account fair usage policy (“FUP”) is designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our products. Awahhs’s Workforce Web Accounts are for work-related uses only which is in accordance with Awahhs LLC and this FUP (“Legitimate Use”). The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that would not be considered Legitimate Use:

• Using subscriptions to the Workforce Web Account for selling products online.
• Re-selling subscriptions.
• Sharing subscriptions between users that are not a part of the Workforce Program whether via a computer, phone, or any other means.
• Using your Workforce Web Account to upload personal photos ( using your account as online media storage ) is Prohibited!
• Running ads on your website using a Workforce Web Account.

Other practices may be relevant in determining Legitimate Use and Awahhs reserves the right to take any unlawful, prohibited, abnormal, or unusual activity into account in making its determination. Awahhs may at its option, terminate or suspend its relationship with you, and your use of any Awahhs products immediately if it determines you are using the product contrary to this FUP.
